I tried that, & now Bailey sits on my face & lick my ears, & Darcie-lu swings off my feet & ankles at 5am. :stressed:

well, from monday to friday we don't have problems with that Daffy is waking me up short before the alarm clock starts but unfortunately he do the same on saturday and sunday. Although I explained him so often not to do that at weekend. of course he ignores that totally.
When Daffy starts is waking up procedure he has to ways, the harmless one ti scratching his paw at the wall softly the 2nd is to jump with his 9 kilo onto my stomage +uff+ than you are up definatly ...
Got the same problem. Can't remember the last time I had a lie in at the weekend!! It's starting to really get to my OH which could jeopardise my plans to get a second MC.
I thought getting a second fur baby would give Casco some company and make him less demanding of attention, but see from Felix65's post that it could make things worse. What to do?!
I feel for you!
Due to work commitments I had a week on my own in the bed and Sid realised very quickly that I sleep like dead until the alarm clock goes off, then it's breakfast.
Sadly, my husband is a very light sleeper. When he returned, Sid was so excited to have someone to play with all night that the pair of them got no sleep and were both grumpy in the morning (I slept through all the mayhem). Slowly, Sid is getting the message. If he deliberately wakes someone up he gets dumped in the conservatory for the rest of the night. We can't hear him, he gets lonely. Only needed to do it twice!
Forget everything. They will never stop the only thing that helped is that he got his own room where we put him in every evening. He respects it as his nest and even won't go on the "litter".Iy's clean and quit there. If I forget the to close the door he'll be on our bed at 5 AM and will make a lot of noise
