Thanks to everyone for your replies. I love all of your cats too, they are beautiful. Here are some more photos of Tiger. He seems to have some of the behavior of a Maine Coon - he loves to drink out of the kitchen faucet. Also, he has a tiny little meow, a lot different than our other cats. I do think it was meant for him to be there when we lost Muffin, and we are so happy to have him.
