I'll be getting another coonie in about a month she will just be a couple if months younger than Cleo. I would like some advice on the way I go about introducing her to my girl. Thanks.

There are many differing opinions. Some people keep them separated for a few days and introduce them gradually. Others, like me, just let the newcomer take the plunge and let them get on with it. At our place it went like this: at first the resident cat(s) either stalked or tried to ignore the newcomer, and there was some growling and hissing. But after a few days things settled very nicely. I did notice that Tatja could be more "catty" than Monty and took longer to accept an "intruder". Then again, she is a tortie after all. :)
thanks for that I admit in the past I've done it that way with moggies, but was a bit unsure what to do this time. Also that was a good 15 years ago.
Had I been introducing one only to my old, slightly senile moggie, I'd have probably just opened the door and let the new kid loose but as I was introducing 3 I thought this would be too stressful for all concerned and as I only have one pair of eyes I went for gradual introductions over quite a protracted period I suppose. That was more to do with meeting dietary needs for all concerned than them not actually getting along though.
