Hello there, I'm new too.
For me, I use Evo Wellness Core. It's a bit pricey, but they eat less, and their poo doesn't smell as bad either.
Cats are different than dogs or people as they are one of natures true carnivores. The proper term is 'obligate carnivore', meaning they essentially can't digest plant matter. Dogs can benefit some from veggies, but not cats.
Which is why I laugh when I see commercials on TV for "Top Notch Cat Food" where they show veggies being put in. You can put all the leafy organic healthy veggies in the world in their food and it doesn't do anything at all for them. Cats don't eat corn. ;)
Read the labels. If it shows anything other than an animal being listed first, and I don't mean 'by products' either....then pass it over.
Wiki explains this a lot better than I can. And as far as websites to compare the brands, in my opinion, they're all funded one way or another by one of them, and that brand will always be first.
