Yeah, I pet him, nuzzle, coo at him & put blankets & pillows all around him. He still shakes. P.S. Love the Beckyboo Cat Whisperer moniker.

He's not purring is he?
None of mine have ever shivered... Ferrets shiver when they are trying to wake up but not kittens as far as I know!

Sometimes he purrs and sometimes not. jckkerrison may just have the answer. I'm trying to pay attention to his play time to see if it happens when he plays hard. So far on a slow play day he isn't doing it. He hasn't played hard since I 1st posted. It will be interesting to see if it happens again when he plays hard. I'll keep you all posted.

Hello,
Phoebe does the same thing. I think she does it for sympathy as she always gets cuddles when it happens ;)
She doesnt do it so much anymore but she did when she was younger. I used to cover her up and put her inside my dressing gown as i was wandering around doing house work and she would still shiver.

Thanks everyone. I noticed that last night he did shiver when falling off to sleep even after a relaxing day. I'm going to chalk it off to just some normal kitten stuff. He seems to be fine in all other things. Thanks!
