If she is happy & active I wouldn't even try to feed her for the rest of the day,we wouldn't want to down a heavy meal after throwing up tummy too sore & she is most probaly doing her own starvation, fluids at the moment is the main thing but if she isn't drinking then also to start with do that by mouth not sub cut because if she keeps throwing fluids back then I would say you might have a problem with her but if she keeps them down its a better indication that its "one of those things" that is going to pass through her system & she will be back to normal pretty quickly, try her with good old plain fish or chicken a few hours down the line its a lot easier to digest {not sure about time difference here could already be down the line....} ....x

I agree with everything Jackie has said above. Also she may just have a little furball or it could possibly the fact that everything is now just catching up with her. I mean she's been through a heck of a lot in her short life so far, the poor little mite. But it sounds as if she is in really good hands and I for one applaud you for everything you are doing for her.

Hello hello!
Thank you so much for the responses. Well, I have no idea what her issue was yesterday but last evening I went out and bought some Fancy Feast canned food and she ate like a piggy. At very well this morning, too. While she was not wanting to eat yesterday, I did slowly/carefully syringe small amounts of water into her and she kept it down. Don't know what was going on with her yesterday but I'm so thankful that she's fine now.....for her sake, and for the sake of my wallet as I've spent $1200 on her over the past 1.5 weeks and I'm kinda tapped out :-). I'm letting her spend supervised time downstairs in my living room so she can get used to my other 5 adult cats. It's going very well. They're all quite intrigued with this little rambunctious ball of fur. This like to sit a couple of feet away from her and watch her play.....maybe they're thinking "back in the day when I was that young....." LOL
Attached are some pics I just took :-)

Okay, I spoke too soon LOL. She had a good play then meandered down to my basement (it's a finished basement) and she was growling a bit at my other cats as there are a lot of obstacles and pieces of furniture to sort of hide behind and she didn't like them walking from around the corner and catching her by surprise. I brought her back upstairs and whammo.....she threw up everything she'd eaten earlier. Decided maybe it was the stress of the other cats and so much playing and exploring new places? ...so I took her up to her room where she quickly found her way to the plate of cat food and began eating away so tummy must not be upset. Could stress cause this throwing up? Overstimulation?
