We have a litter of 5 Pedigree Maine Coon kittens available to go to their new homes soon.. They have been raised in our family home and are very friendly and sociable. Please note that the selling price reflects that their mother has been over attentive in grooming/preening them resulting in stunted ear tip growth.
They can be viewed at any time, along with both parents. They are litter trained, and have been treated with flea spray, and wormed. They will be vet checked and vaccinated before leaving, and will go with a full 5 generation Pedigree Certificate, vet record card, and 4 weeks free insurance.

there is some of advert ive removed colours n price see they say mother has been over attentive with grooming preening there is a picture of them but didnt want to post incase someone on here reconises them lol its just a question as ive never heard of a cat doing this to the whole litter

    Hiya Clair, is this it?

pets - Lancashire - Pedigree maine coon kittens for sale.... - APWPMPWJW

Bizarre to say the least. Perhaps the kittens are not pure MC and it's a way to explain away the lack of lynx tips?

Hiya yes but i didnt see it on the website you have posted lol

i dont know as it says they come with all papers and u can veiw mum and dad maybe it is one of them things but im sure she would not of been able to register them if they were not pure bred?
Could the ears grow again once they leave mother or is it permant damage i suppose if there not for show then it doesnt matter as long as they get a lovely home

Not all MCs have lynx tips... my Tatja doesn't have them. It is a desired trait, but not required.

However you are right that it is bizarre to ask a lower price for the kittens because mum overgroomed them... doesn't make sense at all. I'd love to see piccies of that litter.

If by "Lynx tips" they do mean just the "hair part" then yes that will grow back & as Antonia says in her post not all MC have them anyway my Bruce has never had them so can't see why that is a reason to let them go so cheap,I thought that perhaps mum had done something to actually harm their ears which did seem a bit strange for it to have happened to the whole litter..... guess we are never going to know unless someone joins the forum who happens to have just got a MC from that area....

WOW, they are sooooo cute! They they almost have a Scottish Fold look. Definately Maine Coons going by their muzzles.

Antonia, I didnt realise some MC's don't have lynx tips. I'm learning something new every day!

Strange-looking kitties. Haven’t got a clue what could have happened to their ears. Can’t imagine momma cat did that… at least not to the entire litter.

I found the seller’s cattery website and they don’t seem the type who’d try to pass off cross-breeds as pedigrees.
This may sound a little morbid, but maybe a small kid in the household took scissors to the kittens’ ears and the seller is reluctant to admit it…?
