Freyja had the trots a week or so ago and although I didn't withdraw food entirely, I just left her some kibble out. I also got some diarrhoea tablets from the pet shop, ground 1/4 of one tablet up and sprinkled it over her kibble. Her stomach upset had cleared up by the following day.
