I think it is known as "Being a baby",they suddenly realise there is a big world to take on...
I seemed to have had various results with my babes at that age,Bruce was good & just liked normal games at floor level,Merlyn was so busy humping everything stationary or moving that he stayed pretty grounded,Welly was a whirlwind & nothing or nowhere sacred & his brother Shimba tried to go with him but by the time he had launched upwards Welly was down & going on his next circuit so in the end Shims would just sit in the middle of the floor & try to go with bruv the next time round.Have to say Welly is the only one who has also left the curtains looking a bit sorry for themselves.I think it is very strange how much they can differ, don't think it is all down to hormones though because they soon seem to come out the other side & Welly had his bits on until he was over a year old.....
I have known neutered cats to be brought into work because they have started spraying & normally it is because they feel threatened by something & sometimes if a cat is spraying before being neutered they still carry on,taking the bits away is not the answer to everything & the hormone influence is still there for a while afterwards it isn't an instant cut off,but still something that has to be done....bless !
