I see you're in California - so brand and stuff will not be much use from the UK. However, I have always used generic "chick crumb" - which is crushed cornmeal / chicken feed for baby chicks. It is ccheap and clumps well. With some batches there are issues with dust, since it's made to be eaten not walked in
Perhaps you have something similar in farm feed shops there ?
