The ease of making your own.. Chicken Mince..
From start to finish this took me 10 minutes....
The raw Chicken carcasses including necks with skin and Chicken...
The middle part where I have just added them to my mincer.
The finished product...

Picked up a new batch of raw goodies yesterday and spent some hours in the kitchen chopping and bagging. Here are pics of:
- Wood pigeon wings
- Rabbit ribs
- Mixed rabbit and chicken organs (heart, liver, kidney and lung)
- Deer tongue
Of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating, so I will soon report back with pics of the girls & their uncle nomming.

Looks yummy, better shade my cats eyes from the food... I have just been on the link that you sent for me to add to the blog... some of those sites sell the above... and boy are they reasonably priced...
Once I have these babies gone today and I can strip the small kittens room and make it back in to my office... I am going to convert ther first basement in to my raw produce room... I have a friend coming to fit me a sink and stuff then I am going to by another freezer... and fill it full of goodies like the above for a change.... xxAntonia likes this.
