Merlyn tends to put on weight very easily so over the last couple of years no way have I been able to feed ad lib,so I can give the others larger supper bowls I feed & keep Merl seperate at night although they have brekkie together with me monitoring the situation but they all know that during the day if any one of them is a bit peckish if they stand by the utility room door they will be allowed in & get a top up,if they meow its a no go because Merl hears & comes out to see what they want, the two girls never bother but the other three lads soon learnt silence pays off in this situation,it has paid off for Merl as well he has gone back to the fun loving boy he was before the waistline exploded,he still looks funny from behind when he runs but then he was like that as kitten as well so no change there....
I should think Dudley should have an advantage being lean & spry,as long as he doesn't get flattened first.
Good luck with sorting out Sylvesters waistline, not an easy task with more than one but worth it to have twice as much fun !
