You must try to get him eating, as he will feel worse, then he will not not eat at all, which is dangerous for all cats, with possibility of liver damage. Tempt him with various foods, or even kitten milk. You can make up an electrolyte fluid, which may help at least give a little energy, with powdered glucose, boiled water and a pinch of salt. If he vomits after you get him to eat, take him back to vets, it may be nothing to do with the vaccine, he may have swallowed something he shouldn't have, causing a blockage.

Thanks for the replies. He seems to be feeling a little better- he has been playing a lot more and not sleeping as much. He is drinking water which is good and has started having a few bites of his dry food. He is not touching his wet food though (which he normally loves), and I have been trying Hills Prescription Diet A/D which is apparently meant to be high calorie and very tasty.

Thats great news,I think if it had been a blockage he would have been vomiting his water back too but hopefully as he had a scan that would have picked up any abnormalities anyway.Yes A/D is very nutritious for them, might also pay to get something like nutra gel plus as an extra vitamin pick up,my breeder always puts a tube of that in her kitten packs anyway but I normally keep a tube on standby, hopefully now he is playing again his appetite will pick up more, would still like to see some pictures please...x
