Unhappy Sloppy poo with occasional blood

Please help! I have 4 moggies and 2 maine coons. My intention was never to have this many but I rescued some which would have been put to sleep. All my moggies are fine on whatever food they eat and they come and go as they please and biscuit food is always out for them and they have tins of meat morning and night. The Maine Coons started out on Royal Canin Maine Coon Kitten dry and it didnt agree with either of them. I then switched to Hills and my female kitten now has no problems and even when she steals the adult food she is absolutely fine. In fact she is better on whiskers meat sachets. My male however constantly has sloppy poo which he frequently brings into the living room slimed down his back legs and paws and I have also noticed blood in it. The first time I noticed the vet prescribed me some paste to give him and tinned sensitive food and i still noticed no difference accept the blood did go. My main issue is because I have so many cats who eat everyday food, I am struggling to stop my sensitive tum maine coon from eating it. I am at work most of the day and all the cats sleep in the conservatory which i leave open so they can go out when they please and still have a warm place with food and shelter. I would really struggle to feed them separately, any advice on how to firm up his poo's and feeding regimes/techniques would be greatly appreciated. I know a lot of the issues are because of the amount of cats I have and I would of put the latest rescue up for adoption however no one is taking them and she was minutes away from being put to sleep at her owners request and she was fit and healthy so I could not let that happen.
