    I know from experience that Tea Tree Oil is not good for dogs! My poor Shiba Inu had a skin allergy I put the Tea Tree Oil on the infected area....then went out for a few hours. When I returned home my poor boy couldn't walk!!! I rinsed the spot several times all night long. So if it did that to a 23lb dog I would not put it in my cat's mouth.

    I would recommend going to your vet. I assume you are in the US. C.E.T Enzymatic Toothpaste is a brand found at most vet locations. It comes in chicken flavor and I think one other flavor.
