    If you can hear an audible click then I would just get him checked over by the vet,may be nothing but peace of mind is worth a lot but if he is unfortunate enough to have a problem the sooner he is seen the better.
    Even if breeders have had their breeding animals tested it doesn't rule out the problem all together but says that they have done the best they can to prevent it.
    Whatever happens would pay you to speak to the breeder anyway but is a must if anything turns out to be a "problem".
