Thread: Lethargic & Not Eating - Bungo is not well :-(

We took Bungo, our 2 year old to the vet this morning as he is one poorly boy.

I first noticed yesterday morning, he didn’t follow us round in the morning like he usually does and just stayed in his bed. I just thought at first that he was having a lazy day.

When I got home last night I noticed he hadn’t eaten anything and was still unusually sleepy. I knew for sure something was wrong when he turned his nose up at a tin of Tuna.

This morning again there was no improvement, we took him to the vet first thing and he has a temperature. They have taken him to start antibiotics and for observation as we are not sure when he last urinated.

Now is the agonizing wait to see if he reacts positively to the treatment and if they can diagnose what is wrong with him. I HATE seeing him like that, so helpless. He didn't even fight us when we put him in his carrier. I am hoping that we have caught whatever it is in time xx
