She is probably eating it so quick because it is so much nicer than dry food. If I were you I would give her more wet food and less dry - maybe give her wet food in the morning and the evening and just leave biscuits down during the day.

When she starts to eat the wet food, sit with her and stroke her to discourage her from eating it so fast or split it so that you give her a small amount at a time and then add more when she finishes the first bit.

You can also try putting the wet food onto a big plate and spread it out more over the surface so that she can't possibly eat it as quickly as she has to move about the plate for it.
