Weight variation is probably mainly due to different scales. I have seen that our bigger female appears to have lost a few ounces this summer (along with lots of fur), so it could be that there is some natural change in weight with season as in many animals. If Darcy is five then she is no longer growing, but may still fill out some. One of our two girls is only a bit over 11 lbs. Both of our girls are relatively thin and "bony" compared to our two boys. And some MCs are just thinner than others (we did have a boy who was very lanky and thin). I assume vet has had you bring in a fecal sample to check for parasites? If she otherwise eats and has normal stools, she is probably just fine.

We treated her 2 weeks ago for worms because of all the fleas she has had recently. So just seems like a thin cat. We've been able to feel some parts of her backbone since we got her. But she seems extremely healthy
