Today was Walter's Big Day for the Chop.
He went in this morning and I got him about five hours later. On the way home, I had to let him out of the carrier, he made it clear he was tired of being confined. When we got home, he would have no part of settling down -- he had to wander (I'd have used strikethrough, but couldn't find that option) stagger all over, checking things out, poor guy.
He's been sprawled out in my lap for the last hour or so. The post-op directions say 'strictly confined to a small area for 7-10 days. No running or jumping should be permitted.' (I suspect that was written by an attorney who didn't own cats!)
I'm hoping for a nice quiet evening with my lad tonight.
