    Haha good luck with that one!!! I spent the whole night after our two had been done telling them to calm down, the only time they were still was when they were eating - I really hope I never have to make Hector fast again, vocal was not the word!

    Good thing. It wasn't as bad as some evenings, but it was far from quiet.

    Walter wasn't vocal, but his actions made clear he was looking for food, poor guy.

    I wonder if the fasting was the reason he had only gained a few ounces since he was weighed about three weeks ago.

    I'm glad that is behind us. My daughter who works at the veterinarian's office (and assisted during Walter's surgery) is telling me I should put a collar on him lest he infect the wound by licking at it. Should I really be that concerned? (I've seen him licking a few times, but not much.)
