I was wondering whether you could help me with something as I feel i'm bombarding the breeder with masses of emails checking that Monty is ok.

Our little man is registered with FB but not GCCF - should this be ok or is it likely to cause any problems in the future? Is there a major difference between the two?

I think I could ask that Monty is registered with both as they are both mentioned on the breeders website but is there any need? He is going to be a new family member & not for showing /breeding but i'm wondering whether I should?

The breeder can only register with the registering bodies they are members of, and as a pet Kitten normally they will be registered with one club, however if the breeder is keeping a kitten from the same litter as your baby, then he/she may declare the kittens with the others for the future.

If your breeder is dual registered, you can only really expect with you PET kitten one registration, if you wish both she may register them but she may also charge you as she will have to pay to register with them all.


GCCF is only in the UK

FB and TICA is world wide.
