Thread: Have my Coonie baby, but other cat not impressed...

Hiya.

Well we picked up Sookie Saturday evening and she has settled great.

She loves attention, loves getting in your face and loves playing in her water dish! I have let her and my current cat smell eachother scent and yesterday introduced them thro a stairgate. Sam was fine (although very wary and defensive) till Sookie squeezed through the gate and then he bolted.

Any advice on how to carry on? Do i leave them seperated for longer or keep introducing them gradually building up their time together??

I want them to be ok but Sam doesn't seem keen at all at the mo
