Gypsy opened her eyes today, what a beautiful little girl!
She is now up to 264g (9.4oz) at 8 days old!
Will post piccies soon.

Yep that pretty much sums it up..eating and sleeping. Mum even cleans up after them (if you know what i mean
)
Gypsy is quite a quiet little girl but my god she has a set of lungs on her when i pick her up to weigh her.
It's been really dull and dark here today and as her eyes have only just opened i don't want to use the flash on my camera. Hopefully it will be brighter tomorrow.

I always think newborn kittens sound a bit like mice. I remember a few years ago waking up at about 4am thinking I could hear a mouse, but when I looked around I saw that my cat Isabelle had given birth to 4 kittens on top of me on the bed. I had mixed feelings of joy and disgust, had to get up and change all the bedding... :S
