Well last night he slept with my daughter in her bedroom which worked out really well and she is thrilled to be allowed! I put a litter tray up there with him and he used it again last night - what a clever boy! He got her up at 5.30am though so it's a good job she is on half term! When I came into her room this morning he was curled up asleep on her bed with her. He turned his nose up at the Whisker's wet food last night - but loved the Applause can I gave him this morning. I have quite a few different ones to try as got a lot of testers. So far the Applause is winning. Got some Felix as good as it gets to try later. Here are some pics of him.
In his bed after an exhausting play with the children
Waking up for more?
I put this gate up to separate him from the dogs but it's working well as they can see and smell each other

Well he loved the Felix as good as it gets too, but not eating much. He eats about a teaspoon full three times a day along with his dry food which he nibbles at now and again - is this normal? I leave the wet food down a little while to see if he will eat anymore but he doesn't. He is only doing one poo a day but several wees.
He slept better last night - according to my daughter only waking her at 2.30am this morning briefly by purring in her ear! Very lively this morning though! Dogs are getting better. I let Simba through to the living room yesterday while keeping the dogs on a lead and Elsa and Simba touched noses. Simba is much braver than the dogs - think he already feels above them! They run a mile if he so much as looks at them which makes him feel very big I think
