I'd second what Jackie says from having had a rescue cat when I was younger. Defo post some photos!

Bless you for saving the little dear, poor little thing was on death row, you adopted her so they gave her a hysterectomy.
She probably hasn't been well feed before now, she just need to get fatten up and adjust to her new home.

So glad you were able to give her a home. She's definitely had a rough go of it, and sounds like she is adapting well. Just have patience and love.
