Awww - what a gorgeous lad! Your lives will be changed forever - being owned by a Maine Coon is brilliant and you won't regret it . My 3 big babies now have an enclosed run but before that they were house cats and they were fine with that. I would recommend having as many high level perches as you can create - they adore being up high. I have 2 cat trees that go up to the ceiling and the top spots are the favourites. I was just over £59 to have Max castrated and microchipped at the same time. I think microchipping is always a good move even for house cats just in case the worst happens and they get out.
