All the breeders I know over here don't let their babes go before 13 weeks so they have had their full course of vaccines & are sure there are no reactions from them but if you think about MC kittens I think you would have to get them at a very young age to have "fluffballs" as their quick growth soon says goodbye to that. I luv it when people come round to see the kitten & when you say there you are they say no want to see the babe, you are "seeing" the babe its a MC..... The fact they don't look so "cute" takes nothing away from them being a kitten. I always feel sorry for them at shows because yes you do get the little "cuties" but when you get your monster alongside them & sometimes they are even younger it doesn't half give you a sense of pride.
I have just looked up a couple of my babes weights & Shimba was 2.20kg at his second vacc & 4.40kg at six months & my new little girl was 2kg at her second vacc & although I didn't keep her weight record going at 10mths she weighed 5.5 kg which seems fairly good for a girl { I think } I am used to big boys....
Don't feel cheated just enjoy having a big strong babe from an obvious "good breeder".....x
