Yes, your boy is becoming sexually mature and I suggest you have him neutered as soon as possible otherwise he will continue to mark his territory and there is no way to avoid it. If you don't neuter, he will continue to spray and it will become a habit that is very difficult if not impossible to stop, the smell is very difficult to eliminate and the problem will continue. He may also become frustrated as he develops at the lack of female "entertainment". Make an appointment and have him snipped at the earliest opportunity. I imagine that you would have agreed to neuter as part of your purchase agreement, so you would be in breach of that agreement if you fail to do so.
