Your little girl will grow in bursts, and you might find that she has slowed down, then will have a massive growth spurt as the weather gets warmer. She has put on half a pound in three weeks, which isn't bad, just make sure she has enough to eat and she will be fine. She will certainly let you know if she is hungry. Make sure she is wormed, as that can affect weight gain, and your vet will be able to supply worming tablets.

With regard to inbreeding, some breeders do mate close relatives occasionally. Feral cats will mate indiscriminately - they don't think about whether they are related beforehand. Providing there are no other instances of such close relatives on the pedigree, and the parents and grand parents are healthy cats, mating a half brother to a half sister is acceptable and you shouldn't have any problems, but you could ask your vet for advice if you are uncertain. Did your breeder have any tests carried out for genetic defects? If you are uncertain, ask for some information, your breeder should be happy to help.
