Hi there, thanks for posting the pictures of Lilly she looks very cute indeed ! Again, I'm no expert but she does have some characteristics of the MC, so if I was taking a wild guess I would say she is more likely to be part MC. All MC's vary in size and yes females are normally quite a bit smaller but I would say 5lb was small for a 8/9 month old female MC.
