You can get the RC grocery lines (not the vet diets) from most pet shops. Our local one only sells the small bags but they will order in a large bag for you.

It is also easy to get from the online sellers, it's worth trying a small bag first though. Our two were on baby cat at first and have now moved onto kitten and they love it. We tried the Whiskas kibble too but they seem to prefer the RC.

They have both wet food to give them variety and kibble, this is down all day for them to snack on.

I too have a soft heart and would not have been able to leave her after she had looked at me she's a little cutie.

Oh, she is lovely, congratulations happy 39 1/2 birthday ;) She looks adoreable and whether she is full MC, with or without papers, does it really matter ? I would get her checked out at a vet ASAP bearing in mind you have other cats just for peace of mind.

As for food, we used the Royal Canin kitten which you can get at Pets at Home, although you may want to look at getting it online in a larger quantity which is much cheaper. Like Louie's mum we have changed over to the R C Maine Coon mix which he loves and a couple of wet pouches which he is eating less and less of now, but that maybe due to the hot weather. As a treat he has some cooked chicken or tuna (in spring water) a couple of times a week. As said before introduce gradually to avoid tummy upsets but I am sure you will be fine.

Have you named her yet ?

Anyway, now time to start enjoying her !

This is Louie at 8 weeks old If you keep a check on her weight that will be a good sign of MC she has my vote anyway.

& P@H for the kitten food sometimes they have it on offer

She is beautiful. You could not have left that gorgeous little thing behind!!!

I know exactly how you feel - I got Timmy from my friends shed where all the wild cats had kittens. He had cat flu and all the other kittens had homes and no one wanted him - he was so sick and all he wanted was to cuddle up to a person. I put him under my arm - went to the vets and here he is 7 1/2 years later and is the best cat.

He is also a bit of a MC wannabe although didnt even know MC's existed back then

I have to agree with everyone else - she's gorgeous and you couldn't possibly have left her behind.

When I got Freyja from the breeder, she was on RC Kitten 36 kibble and two wet pouches of Whiskas Simply Adult a day. A couple of times a week, she would get a block of coley fish or a steamed chicken breast instead of a pouch.

Now she's been with us just over a month, she's still having RC Kitten 36 kibble to snack on all day, but sometimes I put down Hills Science Plan or Applaws (both for kittens) to make a change. Due to the meat content of Whiskas I decided to try her on wet food with a higher meat percentage and she now has Applaws (pouches or tins) twice a day. I still occasionally swap a pouch for coley fish or steamed chicken but she loves the Applaws to be honest. We moved her over gradually and - with the exception of rice pudding (an own goal on my part) - she seems to have the constitution (and appetite) of an ox!

What have you named baby blue eyes? She's got the most adorable face!

Thankyou she has stolen everyones heart here really, weve called her Lilly, Do you reccomend feeding Kibble and wet food then, I have been giving her just wet so far but my three adults are on kibble as they want it and two wet feeds a day.
