None... she just told the bailiffs when they asked for them as they saw them alive and very healthy 3 weeks prior, and these kittens where the reason we could not remove the cat, because the balliffs phoned the Judge in court to check if they could remove mum and kittens... He said NO... hence the wait and the further expense for me to go back.

Yes I am sueing for these kittens she has not only kept the kittens, either way she has lost me 1 years breeding off this girl. No one believes they are dead.... No one ever has.. She can't register them I have contacted FIFE. GCCF and TICA... and if she tries I will be informed and then I can take further legal action against her either way if she tries it FRAUD... because I have an email from her and a statement from the Bailiff on what she said!
