    Snow happy babes....

At long last there was enough snow for the babes to go out & have a little bit of fun, every time the patio door has had to be opened they have tried to get past but to start with everywhere was so wet they were banned, today it was lifted, they are keeping their little paws crossed that more is on the way,lot more fun when you really sink deep into the white stuff.....

How cool! This is the first year I've been excited at the prospect of snow... I can't wait to see how the cats get on with it! Do all your furries like it or just the bruvs?

    Snow happy babes

Merlyn is pretty brave & will go out but he can't cope until babes quiten down a bit,Bruce pretends, one paw in & he runs like h*** & sits on the summerhouse veranda, the two girls go down the bedroom & watch from the windowsill, now who are the sensible ones...?

What lovely pictures Jackie, it looks like they are enjoying the cold snap!
Ours have never seen snow before so there was much paw-shaking yesterday when they ventured out. I thought they would like it as it's part of their heritage to be out in the snow, and they're physically equipped for it, to the hilt. But it wasn't long before they were calling to be let back in -'Mum, it's freezing out here!' LOL!

The 2 kittens love the snow and spent hours out in it Sunday morning. Tilly had great fun digging and staring skywards to see where it was coming from. Pomeroy the older cat is much more laid back about it all. Raggle went "snow mad" and spent an hour running out into the snow, having a dig, running into the house then up the stairs then straight back out to do it all over again!

I'm still waiting for more than a skittering but Hector went out in it at the weekend, cue lots of confused looking at his paw as if to say what is this stuff it looks like Mums bubbles but it's not! Roxy was nowhere to be seen but she is a lot more timid when it comes to the great outdoors she likes to take her time in going outside and did not go out at the weekend.

As soon as we get a decent fall (we have been promised a little tonight!) I will try to get some photos.

Your pics are fab Jackie as your boys really stand out against the snow with their colouring.
