Which food were you feeding before? Do you know what the protein level and calories were for it?
Maybe switch them to a higher protein food? Royal Canin is not the best quality either, it has a lot of fillers like corn and wheat (cats don't need grains).
If you don't already, maybe you can add some canned food to the diet?Howlinbob likes this.
