Is it she can't or won't...?Is she bright & playful in herself...? Is she eating ok...? If she is on wet food she just might be getting enough moisture from it that she only drinks a very small amount that you don't notice it,when they are small you needn't necessarily notice them drink, she could be doing it at night when you are putting out the zzzz's,if she is on dried then until you can satisfy yourself that she is taking fluids I would stop that & put her onto wet. Are you giving her tap water in which case it might have a smell to it that she doesn't like so try bottle water, put her near the kitchen tap & let it drip slowly so she can have a play & hopefully even stick her head under it,just check with the breeder to make sure she was drinking ok there...If she is off her food too or very quiet or any worries that she definitely isn't getting fluids in then take her to the vets....x

If she don't want to drink give her a little water into the food. If she can't dtink go to the vet immy.
Maybe she like to have a small waterwell. you can get them in the food shops

Being very tight with water as we are on a meter I always have a bucket in the kitchen that I run the cold water into & when its full I take it out & empty into one of the water butts {for times of drought....!!!!} all the cats line up in the morning to get their heads in to drink from it & like your little girl Pansy P who is a lot shorter gets herself up onto tippy toes trying to reach,I have to tip the bucket onto its side & hold it for her.
So pleased that she is ok & would loved to have been a fly on the wall to witness your mad dash....x
