7th June 2010, 06:07 PM #11Simba is great coming to his name. If he is out in the garden somewhere and I can't see him, usually hiding behind a bush, I call his name and he always comes out and trots towards me. Doesn't always come right up to me but as long as I can see him I'm fine. In the house too, we have three floors here and he is often on the top one in my son's bedroom. When I call he comes pounding down the stairs like a herd of elephants. I used to when he was young always give him a treat for coming but now he just gets a cuddle. I will try and take a video later of him coming to his name - it's very sweet. Never known a cat like him - I'm sure he is part dog

7th June 2010, 07:41 PM #12I do this as a regular fun game. I hide somewhere in the house and then shout for the cats (rattle tin if thats what you usually do). They then have to find me. When they do, they get treats.
Funny as heck to hide behind a door and watch them both go whizzing past at breakneck speed trying to find me
