I would be upset too especially as she offered neither explanation or a time when you could go see your babe, could you try emailing her & ask for an updated picture of your babe to drool over & an idea of when you can go visit again.....

I agree, email her, tell her you feel disappointed at not being able to visit your kitty and you were confused and worried with her response and hopefully she'll be honest.
It may be she was genuinely busy and didn't appreciate how she has made you feel, or she has a personal problem she's dealing with and you caught her at a bad moment. We all have those phone calls where you just don't feel like talking and you don't stop to think how you are being perceived on the other end.
However, if you email and get no reply or she won't fix a date for you to visit then there may well be cause for concern.

Thank you all for your kind words of wisdom I am going to take the bull by the horns tonight and phone her again. I will be very polite as I always am and ask if maybe I got her on a bad day and apologise and ask for pictures of Dylan to be sent and make arrangements for next weekend.
Thank you all once again for your insights, I will let you know later on how I fair ! xChris X
