You might actually be surprised, Kim - other cats have a visceral fear of water, try and get them in and you're in for a fight from the word go! Our little Charlotte (RIP) wouldn't get close to the bathtub if you paid her in catnip! and we did try once to give her a bath, we did have a fight on our hands, for all she was frail and little!
But Neevie, when we brought her in, was too young to know how to groom herself properly - her Dam had apparently had an infection and long story short she had to be raised by hand, so we were allowed to take her home her much earlier since she didn't have to be weaned... anyway, we gave her a couple of baths - we were dreading it but were very surprised she didn't mind at all... she didn't perticularly enjoy it, was kind of trying to get out, but more like "right, yeah, ok, I've had enough now I kinda wanna do other things" not the pankicked "noooooooooo!" ;-) The trick is to make the water the right temperature, and not startle them with loud noises like shower running at first I guess... so, run the bath and then pick them up and drop them in gently - see how they react.
She also goes in the bathtub by herself while the water is running - to drink a bit - and her paws dip in cold water. She doesn't like COLD water, but because of the cold part, not the water part.
