Thread: A must have for Christmas!! Foot and hand warmers

Came home from work normally takes me 20 mins took me 45 mins.. Rushed in to be met with the lounge door open Poseidon in the hall and all the other cats in the lounge... thought the worst, went in to panic thinking OMG his leg would be now nicely ripped open all stitches removed, to find he was perfect... unlike my lounge which was trashed, won't be doing that again!!

Set off for the vets after a hour and a quarter drive to the vets in a terrible blizzard conditions, which made driving hellish!! we got him to the vets, temperature taken perfect,leg its self perfect,My nerves shot!! She gave me some liquid food for him full of calories as he has not eaten properly he polished off half a tin when we got home.

They gave him a shot of pain killer, and then he was put in a warm incubator while I sat down with the veterinarian and the receptionist with a cup of coffee!!

All warmed up headache tablet taken, back to brave the roads, just before I left got a sms from Amber to say the bus had crashed and could I come and pick her up!!! Stressed... again. lol

Picked her up, drove home.. we arrived home at 9pm - set off at 4:15..

Next appointment Monday fingers crossed it does not snow!! Cone will come off and all will be good! I will have 5 of my lads with me for their rabies shots and vaccinations ready for the shows, so hope it all goes well
