Fuzzt hair ties
I bought Ginger a bag of fuzzy hair ties at the dollar store. There must be 60 of those little colored fuzzy ties. She loves them I flick them around the family room and she chases them and loves to play with them and they stick to her claws. When they get nappy, I toss them out and throw some new ones at her. The cheapest cat toy on the planet. My Cat Buster would fetch them and bring them back for me to throw again and again.

dear Donna, even though the fuzzy hair ties are good, the cheapest toy on the planet is actually this:
when you receive a bill, take out the bill from the envelop (or depending on your disposition, don't, the result will be the same as far as the cat is concerned), rip a piece of the envelop, scrunch it up in a ball, and throw it. And voila! one crazy happy cat for FREEEE!IrishKitty and donnad like this.
