Bye bye to Magical Merlyn.........

Thanks everyone for your kind thoughts,today has a very empty feeling about it,this is the last photo I took of Merl {oh how I wish it was a lot better}it was only last Thursday & he was waiting for dad to put down his cuppa so he could wrap his paws around his arms & pull his hands to get a good old head scrub,dads reward was always a hand & armful of drool...Who would have thought in less than a week we would have said goodbye to him.

I am so sorry for the loss of your much loved boy. We lost our Oscar suddenly too - no time to prepare to be without him. I know you are heart broken. In the end, the joy and love they bring into our lives is worth every tear we shed when they leave. RIP beautiful Merlyn.

Uhm... bad event but I'm sure he will never forget you and he will remember his human "daddy" during his new life. The same has happen to me with Bruxelless last October. Fortunately he flied away when he was sleeping and I'm sure that all has happen in the right way... Cats has more then one life and I like to believe that he has spent with me his first one!

It was Peter,diagnosis & parting all in less than 36hrs,some things you know there is a chance & others a no goer & for Merl it was the latter but how I still wish it wasn't x
