    Scrounging odd foods

Ordinary milk can kill the natural bacteria in the gut & cause diarrhoea so would normally say avoid it but then there are a lot of cats who have no side effects from it...
I wouldn't personally give it to any of mine & if your cats like their water stick to it thats all they would have out in the wild after they were weaned off of mum.
I have one cat who does love yoghurt so she is allowed one tiny teaspoon as a special treat in the morning, she will sit by the fridge door until she gets it,must be the cheapest from one of the big stores,8p a pot, last of the big spenders,it looks like water but she loves it because there are no fruit bits,if we have forgotten to buy her pot & give her some of ours with the bits she sucks the yoghurt off & spits out the fruit & by the time she finishes there is a neat line on the side of her plate.Weird thing is all the others will try & be the one to get our lid to lick but none of them bother little Pansy while she has her treat.
