Phones the vets and the nurse on the phone suggested it's probably just a delicate tummy. All dry food up and he's going to be on white fish for the next 24-48 hours while I try to feed the other two boys normally in the other room. Oh, the joy. But on the other hand, lucky I am here else the whole no-dry-food-in-the-day would be confusing for them.
