Was going to suggest the same as NCarver, we've often had vomit of excess dry food that's been wolfed down, particularly if they then drink water and it seems to swell the dry food causing it to come back up. With the upset stomach though it does sound as if he could have a particularly sensitive constitution. Hope the white fish works and a vet's visit proves unnecessary.

Ouch! That is NOT a nice place to get a 'paper cut'. I imagine!! Poor Roxy, it's amazing the poor little buggers ever let us near their rear ends!
That sounds a little familiar. When we had building work going on a few months ago, we kept the cats locked away for their own safety, but the builder let them out before he finished up for the day and must have left a plastic strip (like thin binding tape) out somewhere and Freyja ate it. Had the serious trots for a couple of days and I couldn't for the life of me suss why. Got home one evening and found the plastic strip - covered in rear-end goo - proudly lying on a tigga tower platform, and matching goo round Freyja's trousers. No more trots after that.

Hmm. They came off fish and chicken last night and I also put the RC Kitten down. This morning I gave then a tin of Defu in two sittings and couple of hours apart. Dicky had the runs again not long ago, but so far no puke. I have taken up the RC Kitten - as this was the first thing they had since coming off the white meat - and put down JWB Kitten instead. Going to give them HiLife and Whiskas again later and maybe some fish for dinner. Trying to figure out if its a single food that gets Dicky runny or all rich foods.
One the bright side, he's still 200g heavier than on Tues

Humph and bugger. Now Leo threw up. Taken the JWB up as well - sigh. Orijen now down, HiLife for lunch. Fingers crossed.

Your poor dudes! daily vomit is not nice for anyone
just a thought, you do seem to have offered a lot of different foods in a fairly short space of time? this in inself can make them vomit and cause runny bottoms as quick diet changes upset the gut bacteria.
i suspect if you took them to your vet they would suggest worming? just to rule that out as an issue and then starve for 12 hours and slowly reintroduce a bland diet (chicken and rice) or a premade hypoallergenic diet. then choose which one diet you are going to introduce, do it slowly ( a tablespoon at a time ) and if the vomiting restarts go back to the bland diet until it stops again.
sorry if you have alreday done this, im not trying to patronise, just help
hope you get it sorted soon.

Thanks for the advice. They are getting monthly worming treatments at the moment - until 6 months old. One more to go.
All the foods they have eaten in the last two weeks they have had before and regularly. I simply took all of the variety away when the problem started. I agree that going back to basics is probably how to do this. For now, I will leave to Orijen down but give them white fish tonight and tomorrow. See what happens.

Could it be worth trying less richer foods with them too,if I gave a couple of mine the "richer" type foods more than occasionally they would also have runny bums, they luv HI Life but any more than every third morning we would all suffer along with them hence mine are on good old Felix in jelly,I also have had mine off of kitten biscuits pretty quick & onto adult, not so rich for their tums either & none of them have suffered any problems with their growth patterns.....

Aaaaargh! This is too complicated. Now, Dicky has a little heaving session in the night over my in-house sweat pants - I shouldn't leave them on the floor but at least they protected the carpet - and I checked the litter tray there was something "too soft" there. Cleaned out said litter tray while the boys ate Colley for breakfast and then Dikcy proceeded to go into the litter tray (after Bert, who it seems could eat chillis without effect, and we know who's going to be called "fat boy") and I quietly observed him lay a perfectley acceptable turd. Oh, the joys of fatherhood.
So, I am going to continue to leave down the Orijen which has been OK for 24 hours for Leo, going to feed them white fish and HiLife alternating and hopefully if they all "man up" their guts I will reintroduce the Bozita very slowly mixed with HiLife.
That's this morning plan. Until it meets this afternoon, of course,
