    Snip. Snip. Snip!

Well, my housemate and I have noticed that the "masculine scent" in the house is growing. Not spraying yet, but the litter tray and the boys themselves are starting to smell more mature. So, I've booked them into the vet's for Thurday - 2 days short of 8 months. Fingers crossed I can carry them all in one carrier - not the size, but the sheer mass.

Sounds smart! You don't want them to spray anything in the house, as it will probably be ruined. The boy's procedure is so fast and easy. Probably won't even notice anything different about their behavior by the time they get home.

Yep two bricks still work well & during the winter sit them outside on ice is also a pretty quick way,one time when it might pay to be female...x

Sounds like the timing is about right Peter.
I had my lads 'done' at just over 8 months, when I noticed Larry getting a bit too bullish, shall we say, playing a bit too rough with his brother, and starting to, er, miss the tray...

Don't envy your Vet bill Peter. Re carriers, use at least 2! I'm in london 26th and can bring Millies carrier for you to borrow but think that's gonna be too late. Why can't UK vets perform the snip procedure, same as humans, its far less stressful for cat x

I'm a big lad, I can carry 20kg, it's just a very big shape to carry. I will practise next week. I may rope some "work from home" local to help if needed. Thanks though and feel free to come visit

Yeah, I'll work it out Another identical folding carrier from Amazon is only about £30. Stackable, but foldable, would be ideal - get 'em on a trolley.

Would take longer to tie off the ends, would have to get cat to produce three samples at least, keep them away from any females until test was all clear & then allow them to carry on bonking the females in household but hopefully no results, ummmm, think bricks are still the way to go....
See Millie is avitar picture now, bless x
