I had him on the James wellbeloved dry food, this was recommend by the breeder I got him from and he's been on that for months and was fine :(. The wet food I tried him on was the royal canin wet pouches.
Wivelspiker - Do you mind me asking which food you finally settled on from Zooplus?
Thanks again for all the help xx

I still try to introduce some variety but the big favourite is Applaws tuna with prawns. The plates are licked clean with that one.
Having said that, I notice Max has a runny tummy again for no apparent reason. He seems very well otherwise so I'll keep an eye on him to see if it clears up in a couple of days - he might have scoffed something crawly out in the run. They graze on Sanabelle Grande and Almo Nature holistic chicken at the moment.
If Max doesn't improve I'll lift the dry foods, sterilise the litter trays and the water fountain and start from there. Fingers crossed for you. xVisit us at www.longwalkclark.co.uk

EdenG, did you take him to the vet yesterday? What did they say?

Hi Antonia,
We took him to the vets on Tuesday, needed to take a stool sample in yesterday, and awaiting results nowWe should know by tomorrow hopefully! However, since Mondays accident with the wet food, I decided to get him some dry sensitive system cat food, which he has been on for the last few days and his stools are now back to normal and solid! So he may just need to be on sensitive food and I will need to work out what foods are not agreeing with him. If nothing comes back showing from the stool sample, I will need to work out a "sensitive" wet food or dry food with fresh protein combo that works for him
Thanks again for all the help x

I'll keep my fingers crossed that it's not some nasty bug for which he'll need meds.
