Glad you managed to get the basket Ria - hope it comes in time for Saturday. I did email Zooplus last night asking why they had sent me an email about delivery and they have emailed me back this morning saying it was because it was out of stock but it is now back in stock so I can order it again

I got another email from Zooplus today saying it had been packed and sent
Hope it's not too hard to put together.

I actually rang them today because the tracking number they gave me was not giving me any info on where my items are. The guy I spoke to was very unprofessional and kept on laughing as I was talking to him, which made me really annoyed! He couldnt figure out why I was sent the email that the Cat Basket was out of stock AFTER I recieved the dispatch note. So I demanded a refund, and hopefully it will be credited to my account with no problem.

The installation instructions were about the size of a page from a Mr Men book
Although tbh, its not hard. We found that placing the pieces in order on the floor, before assembling, made it that much easier. Probably took me about 40 mins to completely assemble it, including the bit where I added the wrong platform... doh!
Hope your cats love it
