Such a shame, I do hope you get to the bottom of it - even if it is just the peace of mind of knowing she has a good forever home x

Oh God!! I'm so so sorry. Such a horrible thing to find out. I agree I'd try to retrace steps, maybe google online breeders near the area she was sold to? Then maybe you'll find an online cattery page

Thats a good idea, and as soon as the GCCF can take emails I'm going to contact them, seems Echo's one kitten survived,, it is a male by registered parents so my guess is that the Cheltenham lady registered the kitten... she probably doesn't know anything about me. I have also found out that Echo had been recently immunized against Leukaemia, so she should be safe.

    I need your help

One good bit of news to know she has recently been vaccinated against leukaemia so was protected while in the house with problems. That is one reason why I have mine done because you never know when they could be challenged with an infected cat, they need only get out once & have a fight with the local stray & what a nightmare you could end up with.
It will be great if we can read about a happy ending to this thread, even if it is as Racheal posted that she is now in a happy forever home, you also will be able to relax & hopefully keep in contact....x
