    Training a cat to do

If you have a spare room try putting her the trays & food into one place where she can gain some confidence in herself & enviroment for a while & just let her into a room with you when she can be watched to make sure she doesn't do something undesirable but perhaps also make that a time of having a little special play session to get the bonding side going, she could be picking up on the smell of your other cat & suddenly feels threatened again
